About Macey

Meet Macey - Our Sweet Sunshine Seeker

Say hello to Macey, a gentle, affectionate girl with a heart as big as her cuddle potential! Macey is currently on a Special Term Adoption (STA) agreement as she's on a weight management plan to help her reach her healthiest self. She'll also need to return for a dental procedure in 6-12 months, so her future family will need to partner with us on her ongoing care. To help with finding her a family who is committed to her ongoing care we are offering a fee free adoption.

Macey may be a bit too heavy to be picked up right now, but that doesn't stop her from soaking up love and attention. She's an expert at snuggling under blankets, finding the best sunbeams in the house, and sharing smoochy affection with anyone lucky enough to be near her.

Like many food-motivated cats, Macey can become a little frustrated around feeding times, so she'll do best in a home that can maintain a consistent routine and support her weight-loss journey with patience and understanding.

She's looking for a calm, caring home where she can continue working toward better health - and enjoy plenty of cozy naps, sunny spots, and gentle pats along the way.
