About Nelly

Nelly is a beautiful tabby and white girl with a gentle soul who is still learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. When she first arrived into foster care she was very scared, but little by little she has been gaining confidence and starting to come out of her shell. Nelly will need a patient and understanding home willing to give her the time she needs to settle in at her own pace. Once she feels comfortable, Nelly enjoys being close to her people and happily accepts gentle pats and affection. Watching her trust grow is incredibly rewarding, and with love and patience she will continue to blossom into a wonderful companion. Nelly would do especially well in a home with another friendly and confident cat to help her feel safe and settled. This sweet girl is looking for a calm forever home where she can continue building her confidence and enjoying the love she deserves.
