Hi, I’m Miss Kitty

I’m a majestic, fluffy girl with a gentle soul and a heart that just needs a little time to feel safe. The world can feel a bit big and overwhelming for me at times, so I tend to take things slow while I figure everything out.

I’m what you’d call a timid girl — I prefer to sit back, observe, and only come forward when I feel comfortable. Loud noises and busy environments can make me a little unsure, and while I might startle, I do try my best to bounce back once I realise everything is okay again.

Because of this, I’m looking for a calm and quiet home where I can truly relax. A peaceful household will help me feel safe enough to slowly build my confidence and show you the lovely girl I really am. I’d also feel most comfortable in a home with no young children (under 6), as I really thrive in gentle, predictable environments.

When I first come home, I may spend some time tucked away in my favourite hiding spots — cozy beds, covered spaces, or quiet corners where I can watch the world go by. Having these safe places is really important for me, as it helps me decompress and feel in control of my surroundings. With patience and understanding, you’ll start to see me venture out more and more, each step at my own pace.

Living with a timid cat like me is all about the quiet moments — celebrating the first time I choose to sit near you, the soft blinks we’ll share across the room, or the day I finally come up for a gentle pat. Those little milestones mean everything, and I promise they’re worth the wait.

I’m not the type of cat who will rush into your arms right away, but if you give me the time, kindness, and patience I need, I’ll form a truly special bond with you — one built on trust, safety, and love.
