As a large adolescent dog, Pepe is still learning the ropes and will benefit from a home committed to ongoing positive reinforcement training, along with plenty of structure and consistency to help him grow into a well-mannered companion.

Pepe would thrive in a home where his people are around more often than not, as he loves companionship and guidance while he continues to learn and build confidence.

Due to his size and youthful exuberance, Pepe would be best suited to a home with older, dog-savvy children who feel comfortable around large dogs.

Pepe has shown social potential with other dogs, but for now, he’ll need to be the only dog in the home while his social skills continue to develop at a comfortable pace.

Pepe’s ideal home includes:

• People home often to provide companionship and support
• Indoor and outdoor access so he can relax and recharge
• Secure, solid fencing to reduce outside distractions
• Plenty of daily exercise, enrichment, and ongoing training
