Hi, I'm Nate the Great!

I am a sweet, gentle boy who loves going on walks! I am the type to stop and smell the roses... and grass... and of course all the peemail! I'd like to enjoy the wonders of the world with you.

I am looking for a quiet, calm household of adults or children 13 and up who understand that I have had a few changes in my life recently and may need a little time to settle in to my new home.

I am used to being an 'only dog' so I will need to be your one and only. Other dogs make me a bit uncomfortable so I'm not a dog park kind of dog - I would rather hang out with you watching tv or snoozing under your feet as you work, and then go on bushwalks or adventures on the weekend!

I do like pats and cuddles when we've got to know each other, just go easy on me initially. I know I'm super cute - I just get a little overwhelmed sometimes being the centre of attention. When I get frustrated I have been known to get a little bit... well, humpy. But with consistency and routine, this has improved a lot! Just something you need to be aware of so you can continue my training.

I am quiet in my kennel and have enjoyed some time in the staff office getting pats and resting my head on laps while the humans work, so I think I would make a great companion for your home office or to watch tv with you between outdoor adventures.
