About Fred
Hi! My name is Fred.
I am a very sweet and curious boy with a soft black coat. I am a little shy however, with time, patience, and understanding, I will blossom into your loyal and loving companion. I love chin scratches or tummy rubs and enjoy playing with lots of toys especially pipe cleaners and foam balls. I came to the RSPCA as a stray with my mum Lily and my two siblings so my friends at the RSPCA do not know anything about my life before now.
Some things to know about me:
- I might take a little time to warm up, but once I feel safe-and maybe get a few treats or a fun pipe cleaner to play with-you'll see my playful, curious side come to life!
- I'm hoping for a calm, peaceful home where I can feel secure. Sudden noises make me a bit nervous.
- I'm currently living with my lovely mum Lily and my two siblings. We're a close-knit bunch, and I love curling up with them for naps and comfort.
- With kindness, patience, and love, I'll grow into a loyal companion and a lifelong friend.
Other pets at home? No worries! - If you choose to adopt a cat that is suitable to live with other animals, it is important that a slow introduction over the course of a few weeks is followed, to ensure a smooth transition into your home for your newly adopted friend, and to not upset any existing furry residents! Please ask our staff for more information.
I am desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, and up to date with parasite prevention. I have lots of love to give, please come and meet me as soon as you can.
Adoption fee: $249
My adoption price includes:
- A FREE bag of ROYAL CANIN dry food
- A FREE 2kg bag of CATMATE litter (subject to availability)
- My desexing, microchip and vaccination
Dear Visitor, please note a property check may be required before adoption to ensure the safety and welfare of our animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties.
Please note that this website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted by another party. We unfortunately can not put animals on hold over the phone.
