Hi, I'm Popeye! I've got a lot to offer - not just looks, but love too! I'm a stunning, affectionate kitty who absolutely thrives on pats, snuggles, and all the attention I can get. While I may be a little different from other cats because I'm deaf (which is actually pretty common for white cats with blue eyes like me), that just means I connect with you in my own special way.

Because I can't hear, I'll be paying extra close attention to you. You'll notice I love making eye contact, watching you as you go about your day. It's my way of letting you know I'm tuned into you, even if I can't hear your voice. I'm looking for a human to build a beautiful bond with, share all my love with - someone who will give me a safe, cozy place to rest and cuddle.
