About Cassidy

Meet Cassidy, an Embden goose. Embden geese are one of the oldest domesticated breeds, originating in Germany in the 1800s. Today they make popular pets across the globe. They are a large breed with a very robust build. They have pure white feathers and striking blue eyes. Embden geese are often described as being docile and gentle, forming strong bonds with their owners.

Cassidy is no exception as she is laid back, loves to forage and splash around. Cassidy came in as a stray, so she is a bit shy, and will need some love and patience in order to come out of her shell. Geese are very social animals, so it's highly recommended you have at least one companion for her, but ideally she could join a small flock. Add her to your hobby farm, and fall in love with her curious nature and playful antics!
