Hi! My name is SquirrelI was given my name when I first got to the shelter because I was so scared I would run up the walls the same way a squirrel would run up a tree but since going into foster care I have made fantastic progress and every day I get a little braver. Since I returned to the shelter, I have been coming over to sniff my carer's hands and lean in for some cheek scratches. I've even started to enjoy being picked up and cuddled for a short time, lots of purring!!I love other cats and even dogs.I will continue to flourish in a new loving home; I've come so far already.My ideal home is...- A quieter home without very young children as I am nervous about lots of noise and activity.- One with toys! I would love a home with lots of toys and things to keep me busy.- I would love a home with other fur-friends.Other pets at home?
