About Raygun
Meet Raygun - a sweet, people-oriented boy who's still learning how to navigate the world. Raygun shows signs of generalised anxiety and has had limited exposure to the outside environment, which can make him a little unsure at times. Despite this, he seeks out human connection and shows strong potential to bond closely-perhaps even a little too closely-so he'll benefit from a home that can support him in building independence and emotional resilience.
Raygun can become easily over-aroused and may height-seek or become mouthy when overstimulated. He's learning impulse control and responds well to calm, consistent handling. He's food motivated and knows how to sit, which helps when redirecting his energy during walks. With gentle guidance, he has begun to explore his surroundings more confidently, though he prefers to stay close to his handler for reassurance.
He hasn't shown interest in toys just yet, and he's still figuring out how to interact appropriately with other dogs. Raygun lacks confidence around them, often displaying appeasement behaviours and struggling to read social cues. Supervised, positive experiences with calm, well-socialised dogs will help him learn the ropes of doggy etiquette.
