About Penny
Penny is a adult female guinea pig who's come a long way in a short time. As an ex-mum piggy, she didn't have the easiest start to life, but after spending the past two months in foster care, she's finally learning how to relax and trust-and her lovely personality is starting to shine through!
Penny loves cuddles and is happiest when she's being gently fussed over. She's also a big fan of snacks-capsicum is her all-time favourite and she'll come running when she hears the fridge open!
She'll need an indoor-only home where she can feel safe and secure, with plenty of hidey holes and cozy spots to snuggle into. She's a shy girl at heart and likes to have places to retreat to when she needs some quiet time.
Penny has only ever lived with her babies, so if you're hoping to bond her with another female guinea pig, she'll need a slow and patient introduction to help her adjust.
With a little love and a lot of patience, Penny will be a sweet and rewarding companion. She's ready for her next chapter-could it be with you?
If you think I might be the perfect fit for your family, please fill out an adoption application today! https://www.rspcaqld.org.au/expression-of-interest-to-adopt.
Dear Visitor, please note a property check may be required before adoption to ensure the safety and welfare of our animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties.
Please note that this website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that by the time you arrive at our location the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted by another party. We unfortunately can not put animals on hold over the phone.
