About Scoot
Hi there, my name is Scoot and I'm a juvenile Eastern Water Dragon! You'll find us in the wild from the north Victorian coast all the way to far north Queensland, scurrying along footpaths and hanging out by lagoons.
I'm the definition of a 'look, don't touch pet'! I love my alone time to adventure around my enclosure and playing hide and seek amongst my plants! We are really good runners and move super-fast when approached quickly. So, I need an experienced owner to grow up with and feed me yummy insects - I love a variety of insects and some small salads!
The coloured spot on my head is non-toxic water-based paint, it's to help ID me against my 6 siblings while we're little.
I also require a UV light, heat lamp and a hide if I need a getaway. I LOVE water, so having a nice swallow water source to hangout in, in addition to my water bowl would be great!
