About Hector

Hello, I'm Hector, the incredible cat. You see, the reason I'm incredible is because I'm named after the great Hector from Homer's Illiad: the greatest warrior and prince of Troy in the Trojan War who was known for his his loyalty, honor, and bravery. My own bravery stems from my resilience in the face of adversity - I had an encounter that has cost me a limb, but not my pluck or catpanionship. And I'm discovering that I can do just as much with three limbs, as four! The important thing to remember is that I can still offer lots of purring and foot warming skills, as well as being an excellent dining companion - roast chicken is a favourite. And of course I am still very agile and will navigate hiding places, cupboards etc with ease. But what I'm missing (other than a limb) is of course YOU: my human companion.
