About Ripley

Meet Ripley!
Ripley is a fun-loving, sensitive boy who's still learning to feel safe in the world. He came to us as a stray, so while we don't know his past, we're certain he's ready for a future full of love, patience, and gentle guidance.

New environments can worry Ripley, and he'll need a calm, stable home with people who will give him time to adjust. Once comfortable, his goofy, playful side shines through - especially if soft toys and belly rubs are involved! He thrives with gentle affection and loves being part of everyday life.

He is a goofy boy and sometimes forgets his size, so would benefit from some positive reinforcement training to set him up for success. He is still working on his tricks.

Ripley will need a secure yard with high fencing, as he's proven he can jump quite easily. He's also still working on his social skills with other dogs and can be quite reactive on lead, so ongoing training and support will be important. A home with teens or older is best to help keep things calm and consistent.

He may need a bit of extra time and care, but Ripley is a sweet, loyal companion just waiting for the right family to help him truly shine.
