About Paden

Meet Paden!
Paden's journey hasn't been the easiest - he came into care as a stray recovering from tick paralysis, and at first, shelter life felt a bit overwhelming for him. But since moving to a quieter space, this handsome boy has truly started to relax and show his gentle, social side.

Paden now enjoys wandering around the room, rubbing up against legs, and soaking up some soft pats at his own pace. He's especially fond of chicken treats (they're the key to his heart!) and responds beautifully to calm, gentle attention.

He's looking for a patient and understanding home where he can continue to build confidence and feel safe. He needs older children or teens who can read his cues and give him space when he needs it would be ideal.

With time, kindness, and a few tasty snacks, Paden will reward you with trust, affection, and the joy of watching him blossom into the loving companion he's meant to be.
