About Ephram

Ephram is a sweet, sensitive boy who thrives with structure, routine, and gentle guidance. Once welcomed indoors as part of the family, he bonds deeply with his people and will want to be close to them as much as possible.
Ephram would do best in a calm, quiet home. Crate training may be helpful, giving him a safe space to retreat to when he's feeling worried or overwhelmed. A fear-free or house-call veterinarian is recommended to help build positive experiences with handling, as Ephram can be sensitive in these situations.
Consistency, patience, and positive reinforcement are key to helping Ephram feel safe and confident. Rewarding him with his favourite treat or activity after new experiences-such as vet visits or unfamiliar environments-will help him navigate the world at his own pace.
Once settled, Ephram's cheeky and playful personality begins to shine. He's a smart boy who enjoys enrichment like slow feeders, wobblers, puzzle toys, or even egg cartons at mealtime to keep his mind engaged.
Ephram knows "sit" and "down" and has the smarts to learn more. He'd do well with teens, or possibly calm, respectful older children who understand dog body language.
