Prada is a sweet, gentle soul who thrives in a calm and secure environment. To help her settle in, she must start in a small, quiet room and be given time before exploring the rest of the house, as large open spaces can overwhelm her. Scratch posts, cat trees, hides like cardboard boxes or cat igloos, and access to shelves or dressers will provide her with plenty of safe spaces, both high and low, to feel comfortable.Prada is a bit timid in new situations, so she needs a patient adopter who understands she may take a little while to trust and show her true self. She's best suited for a home with teens who can read basic cat body language and know when to give her space. However, Prada's sweet nature means she could also do well with younger children, as long as all family members meet her before adoption.Prada must be the only cat in the home-she wants to be someone's one and only. After recovering from skin issues, she's blossomed into a cuddly, loving companion who drools, makes "biccies," and enjoys sunbaking by the window.
