About Pantha

Pantha is a sensitive, gentle cat who will thrive with a patient adopter willing to give him the time and space he needs to settle in. He should begin his new life in a small launch room, as large open areas can overwhelm him at first, but once he feels safe, he'll gradually be ready to explore more of the home. Pantha benefits from plenty of cozy hiding spots, scratch posts, cat trees and both high and low perches that help him feel secure.

He can be timid in new environments, so someone who understands feline body language and knows when to give him space will help him blossom into his true self. Pantha came into care with another cat and they got along well. He would be open to a new gentle cat friend in his new home as long as introductions are taken slowly and monitored closely. Teens and older children who can read his cues would be a great fit for this sweet, sensitive boy.

Once Pantha comes out of his shell, he transforms into a quirky, smoochy and playful boy. He loves his toys and will really enjoy regular play sessions in his new home. He is also a big foodie and will sing to you for his food. In shelter, we have been incorporating enrichment into his meal time which Pantha absolutely loves. And once he is all tuckered out after play time and enrichment, he loves to curl up in his humans lap for a nice long nap.
