About Chrissy

Chrissy is a 1‑year‑6‑month‑old Staffy cross with a gentle, sensitive nature who needs a calm and understanding home. She can be unsure with close handling, loud noises, and quick movements, so she's looking for people who will give her time, patience, and steady reassurance. Once she feels safe, her sweet personality starts to shine, and she forms strong bonds with the people she trusts.
She must be included inside the home as part of family life and will need secure fencing to help her feel protected while she settles in. Chrissy is still learning that the world is a safe and enjoyable place, and she'll thrive with adopters who can guide her gently and help her build confidence through positive experiences.
Being young and active, she enjoys walks, exploring new environments at her own pace, and having opportunities to use her curious mind. She may suit a home with a friendly younger male dog who can help her feel more secure, but she isn't suited to living with female dogs. Because she startles easily, she's best matched with older children who can interact calmly and respectfully.
