Introducing the gorgeous Chino! Chino is a sweet, sensitive girl who is looking for a patient and understanding home where she can settle in at her own pace. She can be a little timid when first entering a new environment and may need some time to feel safe before showing her true, affectionate self.

She would do best with teens who can understand basic cat body language and know when to give her space. Chino has lived with other cats previously and would love a calm, friendly feline companion to share her home with.

Chino warms up quickly once trust is built. Once comfortable in shelter, she has been confident and affectionate-approaching handlers for pats, leaning into cheek and chin scratches, and bunting for attention. She's a girl who enjoys gentle affection and quiet moments, especially a little smooch once she feels comfortable.
With patience, kindness, and a calm environment, Chino will make a loving and rewarding companion.

Chino's journey is being lovingly followed by the TV show For the Love of Pets, capturing his search for the safe, happy forever home he so truly deserves. His story is a special one, and this opportunity allows his new beginning to be shared and celebrated with a wider audience.
To be part of Chino's journey, his future adopter will need to feel comfortable participating in filming. This will include welcoming the film crew to capture the adoption meet at the RSPCA, as well as potentially taking part in a gentle follow‑up visit in the home once Chino has had time to settle in and truly shine in his new environment.
