About Ace

Meet Ace! Ace is an active, goofy, playful young boy who would thrive in an energetic home looking for an adventure buddy and a true family member. He loves his daily walks, weekend outings, and enrichment activities. Ace has a busy brain and would benefit from all meals being provided through food‑based enrichment to keep him happy.

Still young and learning his manners, Ace is very food motivated and eager to please, making him highly trainable with consistent, positive guidance. He has shown some interest in soft toys and may enjoy them more as he settles into a home environment. He would love to be allowed indoors and fully included in the family.

Ace has displayed some needle phobia in shelter, so adopters will need to continue working on low‑stress vet visits. He is best suited to a home with teens or potentially older children, who must meet him at adoption, as he can be jumpy and will need consistent training from all family members.

Ace must also meet any other dogs at adoption, as he is a young, social, playful boy and would do best with a tolerant, playful canine companion.
