About Archie

Meet Archie! Archie is a sensitive kelpie who would do well in a home that has the time and patience to help him settle into his new routine. He prefers to be an inside dog but will need access to a large secure yard. He loves to be around his humans, and could potentially go home with a similar natured canine companion pending a meet and greet. He has previously lived with a cat, and may be able to do so again with slow and managed introductions. He has good foundations in terms of basic training however his new family will need to be committed to ongoing training and daily enrichment activities to keep him busy. He would prefer his new home to have only teens or older.Archie would definitely suit a home where he can be included as part of the family, with someone who will be sensitive to his needs and give him the time and space to adjust and feel comfortable.
