About Daniel
ADOPTION GUIDELINES
MATURE AGED HOUSEHOLD DESIRABLE - NO YOUNG CHILDREN - QUIET HOUSEHOLD - POTENTIAL SECOND SMALL MALE DOG - BREED SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE DESIRABLE
Daniel was sadly surrendered by his owner when they moved into an Aged Care Facility. Although Daniel is a golden oldie at 14 years old, he still has a spring in his step and there is nothing more he likes than a stroll in the park and to play with his toys. Daniel is in good health but like any mature aged person is a bit hard of hearing and his vision is not 20/20 anymore but his sense of smell is terrific, and he certainly knows what food he likes!
Daniel displays all the characteristics of a poodle - intelligent, dainty, gentle, loyal, sociable. He likes nothing better than being by your side all day. He would make an ideal companion for someone who has retired and has the time to spend with him.
Since being in foster care Daniel has accompanied his carer on many coffee dates, visits to friends' homes and even wooed residents at an Aged Care Facility. He is very well behaved and will fall asleep on his blanket next to you if it all gets a bit too boring.
Daniel has had some of his teeth removed and continues to have a good appetite even though he can only eat soft food. His coat needs regular brushing, and he will need to be groomed every 6-8 weeks so he can look and feel his best when by your side.
Daniel is a dear little man who just wants to share his love and companionship with you through his golden years and be enjoyed and pampered in return.
The Twilight adoption fee for Daniel is $99.00 which helps to cover the cost of mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
