Hello, I'm Phoebe!
I'm a sweet young girl still learning the ropes of life. My new family will need to take some time to get to know me as I can be nervous with new people, but once I'm out of my shell I love to bounce around and have fun! It would be super cool, once I've settled into the home, that we could attend some training together.
I look forward to meeting you!
