About Wallace
Meet Wallace - A Special Boy with a Big Heart! This resilient pup may have a wobble in his step, but has got a lot of love to give. He has cerebellar hypoplasia, a condition that affects his coordination and balance, giving him his signature wobbly walk. Despite his challenges, Wallace enjoys a wonderful quality of life and is full of gentle charm and affection.Wallace is still healing from a recent procedure and will need continued care until fully recovered. His future family will need to be committed to following veterinary advice and understand that Wallace will need some extra care and accommodations to keep him comfortable and thriving.Wallace is best suited to a single-story home without stairs, where he can move about safely and confidently. He loves engaging with his snuffle mat, curling up for cozy naps beside his people, and just being included in the daily rhythm of a loving household. We know he's not a "typical" dog in terms of mobility, but Wallace's spirit is as strong and bright as ever. In the right home, with patience and dedication, he will truly flourish into the special boy he is!**Wallace is FOSTER TO ADOPT ONLY - meaning he will move into the home on a foster basis with his forever family, until ready to be officially adopted.
