About Aura

Aura is an alert and lovely girl with a beautiful calico coat and big, expressive eyes that are sure to capture your heart. She has a gentle nature and is looking for a calm home where she can feel safe and supported. Aura will need to start in a small "launch room," giving her time to settle before gradually exploring the rest of the house, as large open spaces can feel overwhelming at first. Providing enrichment such as scratch posts, cat trees, and cozy hiding spots like cardboard boxes or cat igloos will help her feel secure. She would do best with a patient and understanding adopter who recognises that she may be timid in a new environment and will need time to show her true personality. With kindness and a gentle approach, Aura's confidence will grow. A home with teens or older children is recommended, where they can understand cat body language and respect her need for space.
