Roscoe is a gentle, sensitive boy with a truly smoochy heart just waiting to be discovered. While he may take a little time to feel safe in a new environment, once he settles you’ll start to see his beautiful personality shine through. He adores soft, gentle attention and will happily lean in for affection when he feels comfortable, often “chatting” back to you in his own sweet way. Beneath his shy exterior is a curious little soul who enjoys quietly exploring his surroundings and forming close bonds with his people.
