Some dogs arrive in care and quietly steal your heart. 💕 Pablo is one of those dogs. His story hasn't started the way any dog deserves, but we're determined to make sure the next chapter is everything he's been waiting for. 🌟

9 months old | Red Roan Cattle Dog Mix | Crystal Blue Eyes 💙

With his striking blue eyes 👀 and handsome red roan coat, Pablo is impossible to miss. But it's his resilience, gentle spirit and capacity to trust again that truly make him special. ✨

Pablo came into our care through our incredible Inspectorate team after suffering significant neglect. 💔 When he arrived, he was heartbreakingly underweight and needed a carefully managed feeding program to safely begin his recovery. 🥣 Thanks to dedicated care, patience and plenty of good food, Pablo has already gained an impressive 6kg and is thriving. 🎉 He still has a little way to go, but every day he's growing stronger 💪, healthier 🌱 and more confident. 🐾

Now it's time for the part of Pablo's journey he deserves most: finding a family who will love him unconditionally ❤️ and ensure he never experiences neglect again.

Pablo is a sociable young lad who enjoys the company of other dogs 🐕, though introductions should always be slow and thoughtfully managed. His preference is for friendly, desexed female dogs, although he gets along well with some males too. In care, he's formed a particularly close friendship with a lovely boy named Charlie, and the two have become quite the inseparable duo. 🐾🐾 We won't say it's a bromance exactly, but there may have been a few lingering gazes across the kennel fence. ❤️😉

Like any young Australian Cattle Dog mix, Pablo is bright, intelligent and eager to learn. 🧠✨ He already knows the cues for Sit and Shake, and he's ready for a family willing to continue building his skills and confidence.

Cattle dogs are famous for forming deep bonds with their people, and Pablo is no exception. 🤝❤️ He's looking for someone who understands that a clever dog needs more than just a comfy bed 🛏️ and a daily walk. He'll thrive with opportunities to use his brilliant brain 🧩, learn new things 📚, enjoy enrichment activities 🎾, sniff every blade of grass on his adventures 👃🌿, burn off energy with exercise 🏃‍♂️, and occasionally embrace his inner crazy guy! 🤪

Because let's be honest, life would be terribly boring if he didn't get the occasional chance to run 🐕💨, play 🎾, and be a complete little douchebag. 😂

Pablo has overcome more in his short life than any puppy should have to. 💔 Through it all, he has remained loving, hopeful and ready to trust. 🌈 Now all he needs is someone willing to show him that the very best days of his life are still ahead of him. ✨🏡
