Ernie is a handsome gentleman looking for a loving home to call his own. He can be a little shy when meeting new people and may take some time to settle into unfamiliar surroundings, but once he feels safe and comfortable, his sweet personality begins to shine.

With patience and understanding, Ernie warms up beautifully and enjoys spending time with his trusted humans. He would thrive in a calm home where he can build confidence at his own pace and receive plenty of love and reassurance.

As Ernie is FIV-positive, he will need to be the only cat in the home or be alongside another FIV-positive cat. He would love a safe indoor home where he can continue to build his confidence and enjoy life with a family who understands his needs.

If you're looking for a gentle companion and are willing to give him the time he needs to come out of his shell, Ernie will reward you with his quiet affection and loyal companionship. Could you be the one to give this deserving boy his second chance?
