Although still reserved around people, they thrive in each other’s company and are often found cuddled together in their hidey beds, playing quietly, or sharing soft moments of affection.Noir and Blanche still have a way to go in their socialization, but they’ve already shown us that they have wonderful potential to become affectionate companions. As project cats, they will need time, patience, and gentle guidance to feel fully comfortable in a home.Noir is the more outgoing of the two. He is slowly learning how to play, even if he’s still a bit puzzled by the wand toy. While he isn’t quite ready for pats, he will take treats from your hand and sit calmly in your presence.Blanche is more timid and prefers to stay high on perches where he can observe safely from above. He also enjoys treats and will take them gently from your hand once he feels comfortable.Noir and Blanche will do best in a quiet, calm home with teens or adults, ideally with someone who has experience with shy cats. They will need plenty of hidey beds and private spaces where they can retreat when overwhelmed.
