About Pixie

Project CatMeet Pixie! Pixie came into our care as a stray, feeling very unsure of humans and her new surroundings. With patience and support from our cattery staff, she has slowly begun to come out of her shell. Along the way, we discovered that Pixie loves food, playtime, and the company of other cats!Once we understood what she enjoys, Pixie started to show her sweet and affectionate side. While she’s made wonderful progress and will now seek out human attention, she’s still learning to feel completely safe and may occasionally hiss or swipe when she’s unsure.Pixie would do best in a calm home without children and with experienced cat owners who can continue to build her confidence. She would truly benefit from having another feline friend—in fact, this is encouraged!
