Meet Sinka 🐾

Sinka is a gorgeous 10-month-old Deaf Cattle Dog × Staffy mix looking for a very special home.

Sinka has had minimal training so far and will need an owner who understands the unique needs of Deaf dogs and is committed to continuing his training and helping him learn how to navigate the world safely and confidently.

He is very energetic and can be a lot to handle, but underneath all that enthusiasm is a fantastic dog with great focus and a strong food drive, which makes him highly trainable. He loves food and is eager to work with his person.

Sinka can struggle with other dogs. He doesn't always read their body language or social cues well and can be quite overwhelming for them. For this reason, he needs to be the only dog in the home at this stage.

His ideal owner will be someone patient, consistent and experienced, or willing to learn, who understands that Sinka will need structure, boundaries, ongoing training and plenty of appropriate outlets for his energy.

Sinka has so much potential and, with the right person, we believe he can grow into a wonderful companion. He just needs someone willing to put the time and effort into helping him become the best version of himself. ❤️
