Tiggy is a senior ginger-and-white gentleman with a soft heart and an appreciation for the quieter things in life. He’s a sweet boy who prefers a relaxed, laid-back lifestyle where he can move at his own pace and enjoy calm companionship. Tiggy isn’t demanding or boisterous—he’s the kind of cat who brings a gentle presence to a home and thrives when his environment feels predictable and peaceful.

Because of his sensitive nature, Tiggy needs consent-based interactions and a patient human who will let him set the boundaries. He builds trust slowly, but once he feels safe, he shows his affection in subtle, meaningful ways. He’s an independent cat at heart and prefers to choose when and how he receives attention, making those moments of connection feel extra special.

Tiggy would do best in a quiet, calm household with no children under 12, or only older, cat-savvy children who understand how to respect his space. He becomes uncomfortable with lots of movement close to him, so a low-traffic home where he can relax without surprises is important for his confidence and wellbeing.

He must be the only cat in the home, as he does not enjoy the company of other cats and feels most secure when he doesn’t have to share his space. In the right environment, Tiggy will be a wonderful companion for someone looking for a gentle, low-key friend who offers affection on his own terms and values mutual respect above all else.
