Hi, I'm Tiggy!

I'm a gentle older gentleman with a heart as soft as my fur and a love for the quieter side of life. I have been searching for my forever home for over 230 days!

These days, I'm all about slow mornings, sunny windows, cosy beds, and peaceful company. I can be a little shy when we first meet, and sometimes I may startle if things feel unfamiliar or unexpected, so I appreciate patience and kindness while I settle in and learn that I'm safe. Once I feel comfortable, my sweet and affectionate nature begins to shine. I love gentle pats, quiet companionship, and simply sharing a room with the people I love.

Now that I'm enjoying my retirement years, I'm searching for a quiet, calm home where life moves at a gentler pace. Busy households and lots of noise can leave me feeling overwhelmed, so I'd be happiest with children aged 12 years and over who understand that sometimes I need a little space, and other times I'm ready for affection.

One thing I know for sure is that I'd love to spend my days stretched out in a sunny spot while my family goes about their day nearby. Just being close to my people is more than enough to make me happy.

I'd also be happiest as your only pet. I enjoy having my own space and feel most relaxed when I don't have to share it with another cat.
