Little bit about Pura


I am a beautiful 17-year-old chestnut thoroughbred mare waiting for the opportunity to be part of a loving home.

I came to the RSPCA not too long ago with my friends and I fit in well within a herd or with a friend for companionship. The vets have completed my basic health checks and all of my routine treatments are up to date. I'm all ready to go to my forever home!


My racing days are over now but if you are interested you can look up my racing name which was "can be silly". I personally think I am more sweet than silly but I am sure my true personality will flourish when I am happy and settled with the right owner.

I would thrive under the care and guidance of someone confident, experienced with horses and willing to give me carrots.
