About Rusty

Hi I'm Rusty! I'm currently looking for a place to call home! My foster family say that I am such a good boy and I hope if I'm right for you, I could be YOUR good boy! My daily life consists of waking up, eating, squeaking my toy and going to sleep.

I love to spend time outside bathing in the sun and stretching my legs. I love to play with balls and toys as well - we can play fetch! (although I may not give you the ball back). Although I love spending time outside, I had been quite stressed in the shelter, now there is nothing more I prefer than to be relaxing inside the house with the company of my foster family and spending quality time together.

I'm easy to live with, I love being indoors and outdoors, but I prefer to be with you! My favorite things are:

• Getting pats
• Playing with my squeaky toy
• shaking hands
• eating treats

I am a very smart boy, I know how to sit stay/wait, shake hands/paws and touch my nose to my owner's hand on command. I also sleep inside at night and never toileted in the house!!

My favorite game to play is taking a toy in my mouth and getting you to chase me around the table, it's so fun! If you get the toy them, I get to chase you! It's the best game ever!! I like to sleep on my foster families' beds at night with them and will happily sleep near them in whatever room they're in but I'm also happy to follow them around the backyard.

I'm a BIG fan of walks and get super excited when my lead comes out, I love walks! I am quite strong and need someone who will take me on my long sniffy walks and follow me while I follow all the interesting smells!!

I'm in foster care at the moment but I'd LOVE to come and meet you so please contact the amazing RSPCA team to arrange a meet with me!
