About Callisto

Hi there friends, my name's Callisto and like my namesake I'm ready to be your best new companion!

I came into the RSPCA with my siblings when I was just 2 months old! We kind of grew here but now it's time to finally find a forever home of my very own and I'm so excited!

I can be a sensitive girl and growing up in such a loud environment means that sometimes I can get overwhelmed. When this happens it's important my new family slowly encourages me to try new things with the help of treats for encouragement. I have spent lots of time around other dogs, especially my siblings and I tend to take my lead from them. In my new home I will need a confident canine friend to guide me and show me that the world does not need to be so scary. Make sure you bring them in with you to meet me so that the staff can make sure we get along in out new home.

I love people but will sometimes need a second meeting someone new so it is important my new family lets me do this at my own pace so I can feel safe. Once I get to know you I'm the happiest and most friendly girl though so get ready for some loving. I can be ok indoors but I love to be outside so a home where I have access to both would be ideal!

• Children over 12 years
• Must have canine companion
• Access to Outdoors
