Hi, I’m Stella. I’m a young German Shepherd girl with a big heart and lots of energy. I love toys, I love chews, and I really love to chase a ball. I’m a sweet, friendly girl who’s excited to find a family that understands energetic, smart dogs like me and can help me settle in after a rough start.

I would do best meeting any kids in the home first, just so they understand how to trade toys with me and interact with me kindly. I can get frustrated when seeing other dogs, so I’ll need someone who can help manage me on walks and keep things calm. Because of this, I’ll need to be the only dog in the home.

Since I’m a big, active girl, I need a home with indoor/outdoor access and plenty of space—no apartments, please. I prefer having access to the outdoors to go potty and stretch my legs, though I may need a little guidance at first as I learn the routine in a new place. I am also quite noise sensitive, and would prefer an area that is not too busy!

I’m hoping for a patient, loving family who can give me a real chance to thrive. If you’re looking for a fun, loyal, playful girl who just wants a home to call her own, I’d love to meet you.
