Hi there, I’m Dozer!

I’m nearly five years old, a Border Collie X with a gentle soul, and I’m hoping my forever family might be out there reading this.

Life didn’t start out very easy for me, but I still believe in love. In fact, I adore my people. My favourite place in the world is right beside you on the lounge, soaking up cuddles and quiet moments. I don’t need big adventures to be happy. Just being included in your everyday life makes my tail softly wag.

I’m not a young kid anymore, and I do have a few aches and pains, so I’m looking for a home that enjoys the slower side of life. Gentle walks, peaceful afternoons, and soft play with my toys are perfect for me. I walk beautifully on lead and I’m quite food motivated, which means I try very hard to be the best boy I can be.

I can be dog selective, but I may be able to share my home with a calm adult dog who matches my quiet nature, with slow and kind introductions. I would really love a backyard to call my own, with indoor and outdoor access so I can enjoy a sunny patch of grass and then wander back inside for cuddles.

More than anything, I’m wishing for a calm, loving home where I can feel safe, cherished, and truly part of the family. I have so much love to give, and I promise to give it with my whole heart.
