Introducing Ratattatat!

Ratattatat is a 1-year-old, female (non-desexed) Rat. She is searching for a new home with other rat companions to keep him happy. Rats are extremely social animals and do best in a group of at least 2-3. She can be quite shy sometimes but loves to cuddle and hide in your pockets.

Your rats will need a block of untreated wood to chew on, as their teeth grow continuously throughout their lives. Rats are omnivores, which means they eat both animal and plant material. A small amount of good quality rat pellets or rat cubes should be fed each day. Combine this with fresh fruits and vegetables like apples, Asian greens, bananas, berries, broccoli, carrots, celery, citrus fruits, endive and parsley. Clean, fresh water should be available at all times. They’re also very intelligent and love to play, so be sure to provide them with lots of toys so they don’t get bored.
