Hi my name is Smokie!

I came into the shelter in a pretty bad way after I had a run in with not one but two cars. The awesome staff have been looking after me and given me all the love and attention I need and now it's time for me to get back on my own four feet and find my new forever home!

I have been lucky enough to have been in a foster with one of our amazing vets while my pelvis and shoulder heal and now I'm feeling much better. I will have some ongoing stiffness and a bit of a limp but I'm not in any pain! I have been living the life and spending all my days with my puppy siblings. I love to spend my time laying in the sun napping and chilling with my humans, I would be happy with a nice walk daily and then some time to play and then some cuddle time on the couch while we watch some TV.

I will have to meet all family and children in the home prior to coming home as well as any doggies in the home to make sure I am the right fit for your home. I will need to go to a home without livestock as my herding instincts tend to kick in when I see them.

Requirements:

• Must meet all family and children.
• Must meet all dogs.
• Not suited to a home with livestock.
