Hi, I'm Rupert!

I'm a quiet gentleman who knows what I want in life and what I don't want. I've lived a quiet life so far and because of that, I'm still learning about the world and slowly realizing that not all people are bad. I would thrive in a quiet calm household with another dog that I can play with and to show me how to navigate a home life, a patient experienced owner who will let me settle in without pushing me out of my comfort zone, indoor and outdoor access, and a few safe areas I can curl up in and sleep safely. I'm not suited to a busy home life with lots of kids or regular visitors, nor am I ready to be a cafe dog or a dog you can take everywhere with you, so if you're looking for a quiet companion you can stay at home with, fill out an application!
