I'm still learning about the world, and although I'm pretty curious and joy filled by nature, I'll need to take things a little slow. I enjoy my people and also might enjoy your friends if they let me say hi my own way. If you follow my lead and give me time and space, everything will be fine !

I have dog friends in my foster home and you will need to have another dog at home to adopt me. Once we're friends, I'll be zooming and tossing toys and wrestling with the best of them! They will help me navigate the world and learn new things that otherwise might be scary. I can walk on lead quite well, but I'll stop a lot if there is too much going on around me. Give me time to think and take it in so when we start doing little walks together, you're going to have to go at my pace. I take special medicine to help with all my feelings which you'll need to be on board with and talk to my vet about.

I don't really do big dogs - they don't look like me and that is not ok. I'm looking for a friend my size. Small kids are a bit too much for me, so I need a quiet and consistent home with older kids (if any). I have lived with cats, no problem. I need someone home more often than not for the first few months, but once I'm settled I'm okay to watch some TV if you have to go out for a bit.

My foster mum says I have lots of potential - maybe you'll see that too? You'll need a heap of patience and a willingness to provide gentle guidance for a while to come. Just know, I'll be worth it!
