About Indra
Hi, I’m Indra a female Australian Cattle Dog. I'm a 9-months-old curious pup, who would like to learn about the world with my new family.
I need daily opportunities to learn about life—socialising with other dogs and practicing new skills. I will thrive with a steady routine, regular training and trust building. I'm a shy girl that will need some help learning my manners around people and other dogs. I will need ongoing training to help me learn how to build trust and how to express my energy in fun and safe ways. I really enjoy positive reinforcement with treats, the staff have been showing me fun ways to explore, if you choose to adopt me, they can show you too. I enjoy being with people but due to my limited socialisation I can sometimes get a little nervous.
I have only socialised with my littermates, so if you have another dog, I would like to meet them and see if we can be friends; other dogs help me feel more confident when out and exploring. I must have secure outdoor access, like an enclosed backyard as I prefer to spend my time playing outside, to run and burn off all my silly puppy energy. I have limited experience with exploring the big wide world, so a secure yard will help me as I won't have to go on walks right away and can explore at my own pace. I’ll bring loyalty, laughter, and cuteness to your home, I am still learning how to walk properly on lead and may be a bit scared sometimes, but I'm sure with your encouragement It won't be so bad.
Could you be the kind, patient family to help me learn and explore the world at my own pace?
