Thor is a retired racing Greyhound with a heart as big as his stride. Now that his track days are behind him, he’s fully embraced the art of lounging – earning his title as a true lounge lizard. He loves nothing more than curling up on a comfy bed and soaking up the quiet life.

This sweet-natured boy is calm, affectionate, and enjoys gentle companionship. Thor would thrive in a quiet, relaxed home where he can unwind and bond at his own pace.

He’s dog social and can enjoy the company of another canine, provided it’s a compatible match with a similar temperament. However, due to his strong chase instincts, no small animals or cats for this lad, please.

Thor would suit a home with children aged 12 and up, who understand how to interact calmly and respectfully with dogs. He’ll need indoor and outdoor access, with secure fencing to keep him safe during his zoomie moments.

We’re seeking an adopter who is Greyhound or sighthound-savvy—someone who appreciates their sensitive, soulful nature and unique needs.
