Hi, I’m Marlow, a 5-year-old British Shorthair cross with a sweet nature and a playful side. I really enjoy playtime, especially when I can chase toys and show off my fun personality. Once I feel comfortable, you’ll see that I have a lovely gentle energy about me.

I’m the kind of girl who likes to sit back and watch the world from a distance first. I feel safest when I can observe what’s going on before deciding to join in. Building confidence with people takes me a little time, so I’ll need a calm/quiet, predictable home where I can settle in at my own pace. Slow introductions and a steady routine will help me feel secure and understood.

One special thing about me is that I am a gummy girl. I do not have any teeth, so when I meow you will not see any little teeth smiling back at you. Do not worry though, I still eat well! and it does not slow me down one bit. It just makes my sweet little face even more unique.

I would do best with someone who is patient and happy to let me engage on my own terms. When I’m ready, I’ll come to you for attention and play, and those moments will feel extra special because we’ve built that trust together. If you can offer me a peaceful home and the time I need to blossom, I’ll be a loyal and loving companion in my own unique way.
