Hi, I’m Leela

(Yes, I’m named after that Leela—strong, independent, and a little mysterious.)

I can be a bit hesitant and shy when we first meet. I like to observe, assess the situation, and make sure you’re cool. But once I decide you’re my people? Oh, I love my people. I’m sweet, loyal, and very happy to hang out with you.

I’m a full-on kitten, which means I get the zoomies and I am quite fast. When I’m running and climbing at top speed, I sometimes let out my special zoomie meows, so don’t be alarmed. That’s just me having the time of my life.

I love typical kitten stuff: chasing, climbing, pouncing, and playing until I suddenly need a nap. I’m a big fan of wand toys and ball toys those are the best for letting me show off my skills. Please don’t use hands during play though; hands are for gentle pets and love, not for play! Toys are where it’s at.

If you’re patient with me at first, I promise I’ll open up and show you my playful, affectionate side. I might only have one eye on the world… but it’s always watching out for fun.
