About Vancouver

Hi, I'm Vancouver! I’m a young Golden Retriever mix puppy with a gentle heart and lots of growing to do. The world can feel a little big to me at times, and while I have playful energy inside, I can be shy when meeting new people or trying new things.

I warm up best with patience, kindness, and a calm approach. Once I feel safe, my sweet and affectionate side really shines. I love learning and would benefit from continued positive training to help me build confidence and practice my puppy manners.

Having indoor access to be close to my family is very important to me — I’m happiest when I can relax nearby and feel included in daily life. I’d also love access to a secure, fenced yard where I can safely sniff, explore, and enjoy the occasional happy zoomie once I’m feeling comfortable!

With time, reassurance, and encouragement, I’ll blossom into a loyal and loving companion. If you’re ready to help a shy puppy build confidence and feel safe, I’d love to meet you.
