Wilson would do best in a home with older, calm children who can respect his space and understand that sometimes a gentleman just needs a little quiet time. He’s incredibly fond of human companionship and will happily keep you company throughout the day—whether that’s lounging nearby, following you from room to room, or simply being your loyal shadow. For this reason, he would thrive with an owner who is home more often than not.

While Wilson has shown an interest in other dogs, he hasn’t quite mastered the art of polite introductions and is still learning the finer points of doggy social skills. At this stage, he is best suited as the only dog in the home, where he can soak up all the love and attention for himself.
