Hi, I'm a 4-year-old Domestic Shorthair looking for a calm and loving home. I can be a little shy when we first meet, and loud noises or busy environments can make me feel nervous, so I'd love a quiet home where I can settle in and build my confidence at my own pace. It may take me a little while to feel comfortable with lots of handling or to climb onto your lap, but with patience and understanding, you'll soon discover my gentle and affectionate nature.

I'm becoming quite the cuddle bug! Once I feel safe and have built a bond with my favourite people, I enjoy soft head bunts, gentle affection, and spending time close by. One of my favourite things now is curling up on a lap on the lounge at night. It's taken time for me to become this confident, so my future family will need to let me set the pace and understand that cuddles and lap time may take some time to develop. But when I trust you, it's incredibly rewarding to see me relax and enjoy being close.

I'm also FIV-positive, which means I'll need to be the only cat in the home (unless your resident cat is also FIV-positive). With the right care, cats like me can live long, happy, and healthy lives.
