About Boy
Hi, I’m Boy. I’m a two-year-old with a bright, steady wag that never quits when I feel safe and loved. My days slide between sunlit indoors and a little adventure outdoors, with a comfy bed waiting for me at the end of the day. I adore the soft hush of a home evening, the rustle of leaves on a short walk, and the simple joy of a warm glance from someone who sees me. I’m hopeful you’re patient enough to learn my rhythm and brave enough to share your life with me.
Who I am: I’m a thoughtful, moderate-energy companion who appreciates a steady routine as much as the thrill of a new scent along a garden fence. I do best with an experienced owner who can read my cues and guide me through unfamiliar places. I can come on a little strong with other dogs if I’m rushed, so I’m happiest when introductions are calm and I’m allowed to gather scent first, then float along on a parallel walk. I’m not suited to homes with cats, pocket pets, birds, or other small animals. I may take a moment to adjust, but with time and gentle encouragement I settle into my surroundings.
Best ahead for me is a home with solid fencing and secure outdoor access, so I can wander a bit and then retreat to a safe corner when I’ve had enough. I’ll thrive with teens 15 and up, who understand boundaries and can respect my pace. An orderly, predictable environment helps me feel confident; I’d prefer a calm household with a routine you both look forward to. Because I need a bit of guidance to navigate new surroundings, an experienced handler who’s patient and observant would be my champion. I’m indoors and outdoors by nature, so a home that honors both needs is ideal.
If you think you could be the one to walk this path with me, please come meet me or start an adoption application. I’ll bring a soft, searching gaze and a brave heart, ready to learn and love in equal measure.
